Lease Application

To renew your lease at St. Croix at Pelican Marsh, your new lease or renewal lease application must be submitted at least 20 days prior to the expiration of your existing lease. Because St. Croix is a condominium community rather than a traditional apartment complex, you must coordinate terms directly with your unit landlord before submitting formal paperwork to the management board.

To process your upcoming lease renewal, we require a valid lease agreement along with your updated owner and tenant phone and email contact information.
